Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before utilizing the mobile products, services, or applications provided by HeroFX. These terms and conditions constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) between you and HeroFX (“HeroFX”) regarding the HeroFX application service (the “HeroFX Service” or “Service”). All references to “you” and “your” refer to you, your employees, agents, contractors, and any other entity on whose behalf you accept these terms. By using the HeroFX Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the HeroFX Service.
HeroFX may revise these terms at any time, with or without notice. You should visit herofx.co periodically to review the current terms and conditions.
01 HeroFX SMS Service
The HeroFX SMS Service allows HeroFX to send content, updates, promotional offers, and other information directly to your mobile device. There is no monthly fee for this service; however, standard text messaging and data rates charged by your carrier may apply. Subscribers may receive up to six messages per month, depending on their engagement with HeroFX.
You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
For assistance, text “HELP” to our short code or contact support at support@herofx.co. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

02 Opt-Out Information
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from HeroFX.
To rejoin, simply resubscribe as you did initially.

03 Your Information
The HeroFX Service may collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), such as your name, phone number, email address, and trading preferences. This data may be used to enhance the Service, provide personalized content, and improve marketing communications. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) may also be collected to optimize the Service.
All information is subject to the HeroFX Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to these terms.
04 Safe & Lawful Use
By using the HeroFX Service, you agree to comply with the following:
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unsafe purposes.
- You will not use the Service while operating a vehicle or engaging in other activities where such use is unsafe.
05 Termination
HeroFX reserves the right to terminate your access to the SMS Service at any time, with or without notice.
You may terminate your participation by:
- Texting “STOP” to the short code.
- Emailing support@herofx.co.
06 Disclaimers
The HeroFX Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
HeroFX is not responsible for delays or errors in delivering messages or information caused by the wireless carrier or service interruptions.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HeroFX is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the HeroFX Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
08 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HeroFX against any liability, costs, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Service.
09 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saint Lucia.
10 Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between HeroFX and you regarding the SMS Service. HeroFX may assign this Agreement without notice to you.
