To change the email address on your account, submit a request through the support portal — our team will handle it for you. A quick 2FA verification may be required to confirm your identity.

Account deletion or deactivation is available upon request — simply open a ticket in the support portal and our team will process it for you.

Opening a trading account takes less than 60 seconds:

1. Log in to your HeroFX back office.
2. Go to the Accounts tab.
3. Choose between a Live or Demo account.
4. Select your preferred account type.
5. Once created, add virtual funds if it’s a demo account, or transfer real funds from your Hero Wallet using the Internal Transfer tab.

Your credentials will appear in your notifications panel. You can change the password of any account at any time from the Accounts tab — select the account and tap Change Password.

Opening a TradeLocker account takes less than a minute:

1. Log into your back office.
2. Go to the Accounts tab.
3. Click Create Real or Demo account.
4. Select the TradeLocker tab and choose your preferred account type.

Once created, your credentials will appear in your notifications panel. Keep in mind that credentials are only sent for your first TradeLocker account — all subsequent accounts share the same login, so no new credentials will be issued.

Want to change your password?

1. Go to the Accounts tab.

The HeroFX Bonus Account lets you trade with more capital than you deposit. Every funding gets matched with bonus credit on top.

How it works:

• Deposit, for example, $500 and receive a 100% bonus — you trade with $1,000.
• Bonus is non-withdrawable, but it counts toward margin and amplifies position sizing.
• All your profits are 100% yours and freely withdrawable.

Closing an individual trading account is quick — it doesn’t affect your user profile or other accounts.

1. Close any open positions and pending orders.
2. Use Internal Transfer to move the remaining balance back to your Hero Wallet.
3. Open a ticket in the support portal requesting closure of the specific account number.

We do not provide tax documents. However, you can access your deposit history, withdrawal history, and complete trading history directly through your account.

The HeroFX Demo Trading Contest is open to anyone with a verified HeroFX account. No entry fee, no risk.

To participate:

1. Complete your KYC verification.
2. Open a contest demo account from the Accounts tab in your backoffice.
3. Trade during the active round — contests run every 2 weeks, from Sunday to Friday.

Only one contest account is allowed per user per round. Some regions may not be eligible due to compliance restrictions.

1. Log into your Hero backoffice.
2. Go to the Accounts tab.
3. Select Demo Contest as the account type.
4. You’ll receive a $10,000 demo balance and be automatically enrolled in the active round.

For the next round, you can participate with the same account — the demo balance resets automatically before each new round begins.

No advance registration needed — you can join at any point during an active round. Just open a Demo Contest account from the Accounts tab and you’re in.

The HeroFX Demo Contest runs every 2 weeks, from Sunday to Friday.

Winners are announced and prizes are distributed shortly after each round ends.

Rankings are based on account performance (P&L %) at the end of each round. The leaderboard updates in real time.

1. Trade your contest demo account throughout the round.
2. Watch your rank on the live leaderboard.
3. At round end, top finishers are verified by our team.
4. Winners receive their Hero10X account prize shortly after the round closes.

Yes — you can use the same contest demo account for multiple rounds. The $10,000 demo balance resets automatically before each new round begins.

Most techniques are welcome in the Demo Contest. EAs and HFT are not allowed.

Not allowed:

• EAs and automated systems
• HFT (high-frequency trading)
• Multiple accounts under one user
• Coordinated trading across accounts
• Copy-trading or third-party entries
• Exploiting platform glitches or pricing errors
